We would like to take a moment to recognize the incredible contributions of Andy Grove.  Andy Grove was a survivor of the Holocaust, the founder and CEO of Intel, and a major supporter within the Parkinson's community.

In 1999, at the age of 63, Andy was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.  He became a force within the PD community and contributed significantly to Parkinson's research and initiatives.  In September 2015, Forging Resilience travelled to Israel and photographed several people that were participating in the Kinetics Foundation's research.

Forging Resilience is grateful for the unique connections we made in Israel.  Together with our partners at Summit for Parkinson's and the World Parkinson Coalition, we were honored to witness and watch first-hand the benefits of his programs.

Thank you, Andy Grove, for all you have done for the Parkinson's community.

    We believe that your story can inspire someone else to have the courage to say the real thing, the scary thing, the complicated or messy thing...the truth we have not yet uttered.
    It is our hope in the midst of suffering and surrender;
    a connection will be forged to one another, and most importantly to our authentic selves.

    By sharing our journeys of resilience, we invoke the age-old art of storytelling as a road to each other and to our deepest selves.
